Place an Order:
We sell our beef by the quarter, half, and whole sections. We take orders all year with a harvest date in June. We do request a deposit to confirm your order: $200 deposit for a quarter section, $400 deposit for a half section, and $800 deposit for a whole section. The remainder is due when we deliver the processed beef to you, or prior to when a customer picks up their order from the meat processor.
Lamb prices are based on quantity of whole sections purchased. Minimum order is 10. Please contact us for availability.
